It’s Florida’s strawberry season and these nutrient-rich fruits are
bursting with color, flavor and freshness, so enjoy a little face time
with this DIY strawberry mask. It will impart a radiant Valentine’s Day
glow as well as help you prioritize self-love and self-care. As Lucille Ball
said, “Love yourself first and everything else falls into line.”

Mashed Berry GLOW Mask

Ingredients
5 fresh organic strawberries | rich in vitamin C to fight oxidative damage; helps
fade blemishes and hyperpigmentation
1 Tbsp. raw honey | natural humectant that binds moisture to the skin and
locks in hydration
1 Tbsp. olive oil | deeply moisturizing and loaded with antioxidants, vitamins,
and flavonoids to nourish and protect sensitive skin
1 tsp. cold milk | a brightening alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) to refresh and
soften skin

Directions:
• Mash strawberries before
blending with honey, olive oil,
and milk.
• Apply to face, neck and décolleté
and rest for 20 minutes.
• Rinse with cool water and pat dry.
