Gifted Artists Gather for a Great Cause

Feed your mind, your soul and your imagination as Art Fest Naples brings together the works of some of the most creative and talented artists and artisans in the U.S.  

The 23rd annual affair returns to Fleischmann Park in the heart of Naples, January 18 and 19, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

Art Fest Naples is ranked 16th in Best Fine Art & Design Shows in America in Sunshine Artist Magazine’s 2019 list. Sunshine Artist’s annual list is compiled from votes cast by artists who are asked to list their top 10 favorite and most profitable fine arts and craft shows they exhibited at in 2019.

“We are extremely excited about the honor of being ranked in the top 20 in the United States,” said Taire Malloy, executive director of Art Fest Naples. “We are thankful to the gifted artists who exhibit their work at our show and to the committee members and volunteers who work to make this show a success.” 

The juried show offers Naples residents and visitors an opportunity to peruse and buy fine art in a variety of mediums and within a large range of prices.

Categories include paintings in oil and acrylic, watercolors, drawings in graphite and pastels, photography, blown glass, turned wood pieces, sculptures, metal works, ceramics and pottery, fiber art, hand-crafted fine art jewelry and a variety of 2D and 3D mixed media pieces.

Some 140 artists from around the country have been selected to exhibit.  

This year all sponsorships and a portion of the proceeds benefit the St. Vincent de Paul Naples’ Meals on Wheels Program. The program provides up to 175 lunches delivered each day of the year by volunteers for the elderly in Collier County who are homebound or cannot afford nutritious meals.

   The 2020 show returns to Fleischmann Park, 1600 Fleischmann Blvd., January 18 and 19. Fleischmann Park is across from the southern border of the Coastland Center and down the street from the Naples Zoo (between Rt. 41 and Goodlette Road).  

   Admission: A donation is requested for the Meals on Wheels Program. Visitors receive a donation sticker and a show program.  

   Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
