According to Healthy Bones Tampa Bay, Tampa Bay has the highest percentage of broken bones for any metropolitan area of its size–that’s a lot of broken bones for one major city, and definitely needs fixing.
Throughout the month of September and October, Healthy Bones Tampa Bay (brought to you by American Bone Health) will host a series of online workshop in which you can learn more about how to improve your bone health through your diet, exercise and even posture. Learn what foods and supplements are best for aging bones, how to prevent future falls and how you can adjust your posture as you go about daily activities to best protect your body from a break.
